What's the difference between Solo, Team, and Business?+
Solo ($17/mo) gives one builder the full roadmap, KPI, capacity, and G2M toolkit. Team ($25/user/mo) adds team sharing, AI Artifacts, integrations (Jira/GitHub/Slack/Asana/Linear), formal change requests, and multi-roadmap merge. Business ($39/user/mo, 5-seat min) layers on SSO, audit log, custom roles, portfolio rollup, and a 24h support SLA — for product leaders running multiple PMs.
Can I switch plans later?+
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Prorated billing means you only pay for what you use.
I'm an existing Pro subscriber — what happens?+
You keep your current $25/mo price on the new Team plan. SSO and audit log are moving to Business; if you actively rely on those, contact us and we'll grandfather you in or move you to Business at a transition rate.
Is annual billing available?+
Yes — save 20% on any plan with annual billing. We invoice manually today; contact us at hello@pmroadmapper.com to switch and we'll set you up the same day.
Where is my data stored?+
Locally on your machine first (offline-first). Cloud sync to your Supabase-backed account is optional and runs in the background.
Do I need an AI subscription?+
Only for AI Artifacts on Team or Business. You bring your own API key for Gemini, OpenAI, or Anthropic — Roadmap OS proxies the request without storing your key.
Mac or Linux?+
Windows installer is live today. macOS and Linux builds are next on the roadmap, and the browser version works on every platform now.
